How to Choose the Best Matcha for You
The best matcha depends on how you drink it. If you mostly make iced lattes, choose a matcha with enough body to hold up with milk. If you drink matcha with water, choose a smoother and more refined profile with higher umami and minimal bitterness.
How to make Iced Matcha Latte
- 3g Matcha
- 30-40ml luke warm water
- 130ml - 150ml Cold Milk (e.g., Oat, Almond, Dairy)
- Sweetener (simple syrup) to taste
- Full cup of ice
- Method: Prepare the 3g matcha shot (Steps 1-4). In a glass, add ice, sweetener, and cold milk. Pour the prepared matcha shot over the top.
