Ingredients:
- 1 tsp (2g) Heapwell Matcha
- 60 ml hot water (75-80°C)
- 120 ml milk (cold, dairy or alternative)
- 1 tsp sweetener (optional, but who doesn't love a little sweetness?)
- Ice cubes (for that perfect chill)

Sift the Matcha: Start by sifting 1 teaspoon of Heapwell Matcha into a bowl or mug. This helps get rid of any clumps and gives you that smooth texture we’re all after.

Whisk It Up: Add 60 ml of hot water (around 75-80°C – not boiling hot, we want it just right). Grab a whisk and go to town, whisking until the matcha is completely smooth and dissolved.

Sweeten It (Optional): If you're in the mood for a little sweetness, add a teaspoon of sweetener (sugar, honey, agave – whatever you like). Stir well to mix.
