Whisk 3g of Tenmyo with cool water and ice for a refreshing, light-bodied experience. -
Latte Style (Matcha Cortado)
Treat Tenmyo as you would a light-roasted specialty coffee. Prepare a double shot of matcha (4g - 5g), then add only a small amount of milk (half the amount you add in your usual matcha latte). This preserves its nuanced flavor while offering a creamy texture.
