Made with Heapwell's Imperial Matcha
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp (3g) Heapwell Matcha
- 60 ml hot water (75-80°C)
- 100 ml cold milk (oat milk works really well)
- 50 ml strawberry puree (fresh or pre-made)
- Ice cubes (for that refreshing chill)
Directions:

Make the Strawberry Puree: Start by blending or mashing the strawberries. If you like your drink a little sweeter, feel free to add some sweetener to the puree. Blend it all up until you’ve got that smooth, rich strawberry goodness.

Layer the Strawberry Puree: Add the strawberry puree to the bottom of a tall glass. This vibrant red base will create that beautiful layer effect.

Add the Milk: Now, pour in the cold milk over the strawberry puree. The contrast of the white milk and red puree creates a lovely layered look. Oat milk works especially well for this, but any milk you love will do!
