How to Make Uji Matcha Latte (Japanese Café Style)
This Ceremonial Grade Uji Matcha is delicate, smooth, and deeply aromatic.
When prepared with traditional Uji café ratios, it delivers a rich umami experience that stands out even in milk-based drinks.
Recommended recipe for a tall Uji matcha latte:
- 3 tsp (5g) matcha + 50ml water (1:10 ratio)
- pour over 130ml milk in a glass with ice and sweetener for a beautifully layered cup

Fresh Matcha year-round
Our semi-processed leaves are carefully stored in temperature-controlled units at our Japanese facility. These leaves are ground into matcha in small batches as needed and shipped to India every two to three weeks via air freight. This ensures we can offer freshly ground matcha all year round.
