When whisking matcha, the tall vertical walls of the bowl will help to prevent the water from spilling.
Each Matcha bowl is purely handmade and not cast made, one of a kind, so the coloration, pattern and shape has subtle variation.

Care:
Rinse the bowl well and keep in open air to dry. Allow additional time for the bowl to dry completely as stoneware tends to retain moisture internally.
